Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 Reviews and Driver Download - The Canon imagePrograf PRO-1000 is the first new near-dedicated photography printer we've seen from Canon in some time, and it was well really worth the wait. With support for pages up to 17 by 22 ins, it has graduated from the company's Pixma Expert printer product family--which brought us three excellent prosumer models: the Pixma PRO-1$999. 99 at Adorama, the Pixma PRO-10 $519. 99 at Amazon, and the Pixma PRO-100 $339. 99 at Amazon--to its imagePrograf professional plotter line. Machines like these are made to print exceptionally well, and the PRO-1000 certainly does. It prints well enough, actually to earn it an Editors' Option award for C-size (17-inch paper width) professional picture printers.
The Canon imagePrograf PRO-1000 produces magnificent designs and grayscale images upwards to 17 by twenty-two inches, and earns our Editors' Choice as a C-size professional-class picture printer. If you need spin printing, one of Epson's SureColor products is more suitable, and we will soon see how the PRO-1000 fares against the Epson P800. One thing is certain, though: As long as you start with high-quality, high-resolution image data files (and use premium paper), the PRO-1000 will go back stunning results.
